COCKTAIL SYRUP RECIPES









Gimlet



2 oz. Gin


½ oz. Lime Oleo


Garnish: Lime Twist


Glass: Old Fashion



1. Pour Gin and Lime Oleo into a cocktail shaker.

2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

3. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice.

4. Garnish with Lime Twist and serve.





Daiquiri



2 oz. White Rum


½ oz. Lime Oleo


Garnish: Lime Twist


Glass: Martini



1. Pour Rum and Lime Oleo into a cocktail shaker.

2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

3. Strain into chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with Lime Twist and serve.









Mojito



2 oz. White Rum

3 oz Club Soda


Garnish: Mint Sprig
